Part 3 of the peanut butter series reveals the ‘purest’ peanut butter, made of ground peanuts and nothing else. Similar to duo ingredient peanut butter with added salt, oil separation is natural, stirring it back in will make the peanut butter much easier to manage.

Th calorie conscious amongst us may choose to discard part or the entire layer of oil however it calls for patience as spooning hard chunks of peanut butter is no walk in the park. It’s entirely a choice.
