Unable to make a choice when confronted by a wall of bread? Every loaf purports to contain more grains than the other, and at the same time loaded with this grain and that, which are supposedly good for our health. In step with Health Promotion Board’s recommendation to consume more wholegrains as part of a healthy diet, this video will show you where the wholegrain declaration can be found on the packaging. Yes it is stated on the packaging! Sounds neat right? No more fiddling with loaves of bread attempting to figure which loaf contains the most wholegrains.
